1. Definitions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 mcw123 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. mcw123 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 All deposits are credited to your Real Money Funds balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.

4.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. mcw123 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 mcw123 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended.

4.6 If a deposit is made in error, contact support immediately. mcw123 will make reasonable efforts to reverse the transaction, but cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited and wagered.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 mcw123 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

5.3 Wagering requirements apply only to eligible games as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement. mcw123 reserves the right to specify game contribution percentages for wagering purposes.

6.2 mcw123 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds or game outcome were affected by a software error, data feed error, or other technical malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Maximum bet limits apply to certain game types and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. mcw123 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion, particularly in response to identified patterns of play.

6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, the records held by mcw123's server-side systems shall constitute the definitive record. In the event of a conflict between the player's browser display and the server record, the server record prevails.

6.5 Sports betting markets are subject to their own event-specific rules, which are displayed within the sportsbook interface. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion under conditions specified in the applicable sport rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms
